Clark
President and CEO
Lance Clark joined Spillman Technologies, Inc., in 1997 as a field sales representative and worked his way through sales management to the appointment of company president in 2006 and CEO in 2008. While at Spillman, he has held a variety of positions, including vice president for sales and marketing, national sales manager, regional sales manager, and account sales executive. During his management, Mr. Clark led the company’s growth to an unprecedented increase of more than 320 percent in sales. Before joining Spillman, Mr. Clark was an account manager for ICON Health & Fitness, one of the largest manufacturers and marketers of fitness equipment in the world. With more than 10 years of sales experience and a background in business information systems, his knowledge of corporate operations and the successful development of software technology make him a model leader for Spillman’s day-to-day operations. His primary role is to maintain Spillman’s high standards for reliable products and quality customer service. Mr. Clark will continue to play an integral role in aligning operations with the company ideals, preparing Spillman for aggressive growth, and securing the company’s dominance in the public safety market. He and his wife, Kris, have two children.

Joe Lunt
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Joe Lunt joined Spillman in 2001 as a field sales representative. Mr. Lunt was appointed regional sales manager in 2003 and was later promoted to national sales manager in 2005. He has more than 10 years of sales and management experience. While at Spillman, Mr. Lunt has served as a national sales manager, regional sales manager, and field sales representative. He and his wife, Andrea, have four children.

Chris
Hellewell
Vice President, Product Development
Chris Hellewell joined Spillman in 1997 as a Software Programmer. He
moved to the Research and Development department in 2000 and was promoted
to the R&D Manager one year later. In 2003 he was promoted to Vice
President of Product Development. Mr. Hellewell graduated from Utah
State University with a bachelor of science degree in computer science and received his master's degree in business administration from Brigham Young University. He and his wife, Nikki, have three children.

Jeremy Raulinaitis
Vice President, Customer Service
Jeremy Raulinaitis joined Spillman in 2003 as an account developer. While at Spillman, he has gained a strong dedication to customer satisfaction while working closely with Spillman clients and prospective customers in the sales, training, and installation departments. Mr. Raulinaitis earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in business administration from Utah State University. He and his wife, Danielle, have two children.

Dan Greer
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Dan Greer joined Spillman Technologies, Inc., in 2007, as the companies Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Greer has enjoyed a successful career working in finance, auditing and accounting sectors for more than eleven years. Mr. Greer received his bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Utah. He earned his master's of professional accountancy from the University of Utah and was a member and secretary of the national accounting fraternaty Beta Alpha Psi, Epsilon Xi Chapter. In addition to his education and work experience, Mr. Greer is a Certified Public Accountant. He currently is a member in good standing with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants. He is currently completing a two-year term as a board member and also served a one-year term as chairman of the Finance and Audit Committee of Risk Management Association. He and his wife, Michelle, have four children.
