Spillman Mobile Records is fully integrated
with CAD, so mobile units can view CAD calls
in real time as the dispatcher enters them.
As a result, mobile units that are near an
incident can already be en route to the location
before the dispatcher even finishes the
call. This integration can dramatically reduce response
times, and eliminate the need for dispatchers
to repeat addresses or locations multiple
times over the radio.
