The following interfaces are available for use with Spillman Corrections software.

Live-Scan Fingerprint

• Transfers biographical and arrest information from the Spillman database to select Live-Scan Fingerprint systems.
• Simplifies the submission of fingerprint information to state and federal agencies.

Keefe Commissary

• Provides “just-in-time” commissary item orders for correctional facilities.
• Fully compatible with ASCII files that contain inmate orders from Spillman’s Jail Records module.

Swanson Commissary

• Creates inmate accounts in the Swanson system for tracking and record keeping.
• Exports inmate data, such as name, booking number, and housing location directly from the Spillman Jail Records module to Swanson software.

Victim Information and Notification Everyday (VINE)

• Automatically notifies crime victims of changes in custody status or court schedule of offenders.
• Receives reports from the Spillman database that include personal, incident, and offense data anytime an inmate’s status changes.
