Step-by-step Booking
Efficiently book inmates using the checklist screen in Spillman’s Jail Management module. The checklist screen allows you to track which activities have been completed for an inmate’s booking. The checklist allows multiple people to participate in booking an inmate while minimizing the possibility of missing crucial steps in the booking process.
Customizable Assessment
Spillman allows you to quickly assess an inmate’s risk, medical needs, and more. Assessments are decision tree-based, meaning that each question in an assessment is dynamically determined by the inmate’s previous answer. Using the Jail Management module, you can create and maintain multiple customized assessments to determine whether an inmate should be placed in minimum security or under intensive supervision and evaluate what type of medical care is required.
Integration with Records Management
Seamless integration with Spillman’s Law Records module allows you to quickly access names information for booking. All records created in the Spillman system are stored in the system’s Integrated Hub, where they can be instantly accessed in all other system tables. Using the Start Booking screen in the Jail Management module, you can search for an existing name record or create an inmate record automatically. Spillman InSight allows you to query databases outside your jurisdiction in real time, even databases that use disparate software systems. Spillman’s State Link module also enables you to query state and national databases
Booking Table
Simplify booking procedures and easily search for information using the Jail Management module’s Booking Table. The table enables you to seen an inmate’s intake date, scheduled release date, time served, and Involvements®. You can also view images of an inmate from this table as well as the inmate’s security class, institutional classification, housing location, and any warning or alert flags that have been linked to the inmate’s record.
Precise Mug Shots
Spillman’s Imaging module allows you to capture uniform mug shots that meet National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) size and format standards. You can control camera functions remotely through a live video feed, which included eye-level and face-width guidelines. Images can be automatically cropped to meet NIST requirements.
