Improved Accuracy

Geocoding, or address validation, gives your police department access to a layered electronic map of your jurisdiction that contains detailed street and address information. The database displays specific addresses and intersections, including x- and y-coordinates, enabling dispatchers to rapidly identify correct locations, including common location names and alternate or alias street names. Active nearby calls that may be duplicates are also identified.

Dispatch-friendly Features

Spillman GIS and computer-aided dispatch software are fully integrated, offering dispatchers at your police department a variety of user friendly features, including full address information such as alerts and past incidents, CAD and pin mapping, address candidate scoring and color coding based on accuracy, common place names, reverse coordinate-to-address geocoding, duplicate call alerts, and dispatch zone assignment and automatic routing.
