Chardon PD chooses Spillman’s integrated solutions
SALT LAKE CITY – August 6, 2007 – The Chardon Police Department has chosen Spillman Technologies to help them improve data collection and records management.
In November, the department will implement a new software system from Spillman, a leading public safety software provider headquartered in Salt Lake City.
The system will offer Chardon personnel the ability to track incoming calls and provide units with real-time updates. The agency will share the system with the Geauga County Sheriff's Office and all of the county's police departments, enabling them to disseminate information and easily generate reports for crime analysis.
Software selected by the agency to expand law enforcement capabilities includes Spillman's Integrated Hub, Law Records module, and Computer-Aided Dispatch module.
The Chardon Police Department joins 12 public safety agencies in Ohio and more than 700 agencies nationwide using Spillman solutions.
Spillman Technologies provides a full range of software solutions for public safety agencies, including Computer-Aided Dispatch, Records Management, Mobile Communications, Corrections Management, Fire/EMS Management, Resource Management, and Data Sharing. The company has been serving public safety agencies since 1978.
