Spillman to help Bainbridge Township PD boost response time

SALT LAKE CITY – August 6, 2007 – In an effort to improve data management and dispatch services, the Bainbridge Township Police Department will adopt an innovative software system from Spillman Technologies.

The new software will offer the northern Ohio police department proven solutions for organizing and sharing data and managing records. The Bainbridge Police Department will join the Geauga County Sheriff's Office and all of the county's police departments as Spillman customers in November. The shared system will give Bainbridge access to county-wide data and enable the department to track incoming calls, provide officers with real-time updates, and generate reports for crime analysis.

Software selected by the agency to expand law enforcement capabilities includes Spillman's Integrated Hub, Law Records module, and Computer-Aided Dispatch module.

Bainbridge Police Department will become one of 13 agencies in Ohio and more than 700 agencies nationwide that use products from Spillman, a leading public safety provider headquartered in Salt Lake City.
