Spillman named one of Utah’s best companies to work for
Salt Lake City – Dec. 7, 2011 – Two Utah organizations have recognized Spillman Technologies for its dedication to employees. Spillman was named one of the 2011 Best Companies to Work For by Utah Business magazine and received a Utah Work/Life award from the Utah Department of Workforce Services earlier this month.
The awards were based on anonymous employee responses to questionnaires that asked Spillman managers and employees about time off, medical and dental plans, flexible work arrangements, positive workplace culture, and other aspects of office life.
“We are honored to be formally recognized again as one of Utah’s best companies to work for,” said Spillman President and CEO Lance Clark. “Spillman understands the importance of providing a comfortable professional environment that supports a healthy balance between work and life.”
This is the third consecutive year that Spillman has been named “One of Utah’s Best Places to Work” by the Utah Department of Workforce Services. The award is based on four categories: flexibility and benefits, whole life, workplace excellence, and business and personal success.
It is the second consecutive year that has Spillman has made the list of Utah Business magazine’s Best Companies to Work For. Spillman was among 25 Utah companies chosen for the award.

In the past year, Spillman has experienced unprecedented growth but has retained its focus on employee well-being.
